  • A page titled "Member Invoicing" will come up.
    • The first cell/line is for ReaderKEY2 and Home Tour fees.  This is separated out because affiliate and commercial members don't pay this fee.
      • The drop box defaults to the annual amount.  You may select to pay one, two, or three quarters or you may pay annually.
      • The right column that states 'Option to pay quarterly' simply is there to state that the options are available to the drop down.
    • The second cell/line is for Cache-Rich Association dues.
      • Again, the default amount is for the year.  Option one, two, three, quarters are also available.
    • RPAC contributions are voluntary.  The recommended amount is $99.  You may opt to pay any where from $0-$99 or more.
      • You can either: enter the amount you would like to pay, or click on 'pay later'.
  • Click on the 'Pay Invoice' link at the bottom of the page to proceed.
  • Follow the instructions to finish payment (credit card number, exp. date, etc.) as you would with any online service.
  • After this information is entered, click on the "Pay Now" link.  A screen will come up with a confirmation number.  Print this page.

Some parting thoughts:

Get acquainted with www.realtor.org.  There is a lot of valuable information there.

We encourage annual payment.  Some Boards/Associations require annual payment and give no other option.  Most professional organizations only offer an annual payment.

Contribute to RPAC.  The industry continues to face challenges.  Taxes, fees, and land use regulations can have a negative impact on us personally and professionally.  This money is used to provide a voice on these important issues.
