Dues

Please Note: 

3^rd Quarter dues deadline: July 1^st, 2008.  Late fees accrue July 15^th, 2008.
If dues are not paid in full by July 31^st, 2008 members will be suspended.

Cache-Rich Association of REALTORS® 2008 Dues

Designated Realtor dues:

Cache-Rich Assoc. dues were due January 1, 2008, but we allowed the option to pay per quarter. 

Take a look at your records to see what you have paid.

This is our current billing cycle:

Dues are always due on the first day of each Quarter.  You may pay in advance if you prefer. 

Our current will be in bold:

1st Quarter: January 1-March 31        2nd Quarter: April 1-June 30   

3rd Quarter: July 1-September 30      4th Quarter: October 1-December 31

Here is the quarterly breakdown:

You may bring in, mail checks, or pay over the phone.  Make out to Cache-Rich Association or CRAR and send or come in to:

Please remember that your dues for the WFRMLS are separate from what we charge.  Dues are prorated for New Agents meaning: the months New Agents have not been with us, will be deducted from the cost when they join.  Because of this, they will need to get in touch with their Broker for the total amount.  They may also get in touch with us, and we will be glad to help.
