Required CE Hours
All new agents as of July, 2007 must complete a 12 hour New Agent Course, before the first Real Estate License renewal. We held this class in March 2008, and hope to offer it once a year. We encourage you to take other classes as well so that you may get as much knowledge as you can. It will only improve your business.
All other agents: You may still take this course. It will give you all the bi-yearly required 12 CE credit hours.
To keep your license active, the state requires you to take 12 hours of CE credit classes every two years. Half must be "Core" and the other half may be of your choosing. We offer classes every month and send out information to each Brokerage office. You may also check our website for upcoming classes. The teacher for each class contacts the Division to report that you have taken the class.
