Required CE Hours

LICENSE RENEWAL INFORMATION FOR 2010
First time re-newals will need the 12-hour New Agent Course PLUS SIX elective CE credit hours.
Ongoing renewals will need 18 CE credit hours, including NINE core credit hours.

We encourage you to take other classes as well so that you may get as much knowledge as you can.  It will only improve your business.

All other agents:  You may still take this course.  It will give you all the bi-yearly required 12 CE credit hours.

**Due to the delay that can be experienced when uploading completed CE credits, the Utah DRE (Division of Real Estate) recommendes completing all your CE no later than the 15^th of your expiration month are not quaranteed to upload before your license expires and you will not be able to renew until your classes have been uploaded. Please contact the DRE staff at 801-530-6747 with any questions or concerns pertaining to license renewal requirments and banking information.**

The teacher for each class reports to the DRE the hours you've completed in their class.  If you have questions regarding the history of the CE credit you've taken, please contact the DRE.  You may check their website at: www.realestate.utah.gov.
