As a member of the CRAR, you may choose to access the Wasatch Front Regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS). The system is completely "Broker Load" and geographically covers the Utah/Idaho border on the North, and through Washington County on the South. This service provides a full range of computer-based options including:

Area residential and commercial listings
Financial functions such as buyer qualification estimator
Investment and depreciation analysis
Loan amortization
Prospecting
E-mail
